• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn about our products and services

• Goal-oriented and motivated to earn and grow

• Honest, responsible, and dependable

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, and other social media is an advantage

• Experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, HMO, real estate, or networking is a plus—but not required
